    Pathiya Samayal Post Partum Diet

    Pathiya Samayal Post Partum diet for the first 40 days after childbirth, including traditional Recipes from Tamil cuisine as well as other Indian and International recipes which fit into the framework of what is good for the New Mom and the baby. Ayurvedic framework broadly followed. From Milagu Kozhumbu to Pasta with home made sauce, meal plans for 7 days are provided and can be adapted for 40 days.  A practical guide for the new mother.
